It depends on the model and brand, but here's a general guide:

  • WEBER barbecues : accept both standard butane and propane cylinders
  • BROIL KING barbecues : accept standard butane cylinders
  • OONI pizza ovens : accept standard butane gas cylinders
  • Many models include interior storage space for the cylinder (6 kg or 12 kg), which is clearly indicated on the product sheet.

Do they include a gas regulator?

In most cases, yes, especially on standard-use grills and premium brands like Weber and Broil King. However, there are some exceptions:

  • Portable models (which work with small cartridges): include a specific regulator for connecting to this type of cylinder. The large cylinder adapter can be purchased separately; see the barbecue's specifications.
  • Pizza ovens (such as OONI brand): do not include a regulator.
  • Forge Adour irons : do not include regulator.

Yes, our gas barbecues are designed to work with conventional gas cylinders available at any common retail outlet, such as gas stations. Generally, all our barbecues include a gas regulator. What areas do you ship to?

We ship to all of mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, and Portugal. We do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Andorra, or other European Union countries.

What is the cost of shipping?

Mainland Spain : Free shipping on orders over €49. For orders under €49, a flat rate of €4.99 applies.

Balearic Islands and Portugal : Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you enter your postal code and city during the checkout process. Home delivery will take 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination city or island. Departures are daily from Mallorca. Ibiza on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Menorca on Wednesdays and Fridays. If the order amount is less than 200 euros (VAT included), a shipping charge of 19.95 euros will be charged. If the order amount is greater than 200 euros and less than 500 euros (VAT included), a shipping charge of 12.50 euros will be charged. If the order amount is greater than 500 euros (VAT included), shipping is free.

Balearic Islands and Portugal

Courier shipments (maximum shipments 35Kg) : between 2 and 3 business days.

Pallet shipments (shipments +35Kg) : between 3 and 5 business days, depending on the island or specific area.

In general, courier shipments are faster and more flexible. Pallet shipments require more planning, as they are carried out using specialized transport trucks. Therefore, there may be slight delays if access is not optimal or if no one is available at the time of delivery.

Can shipping be delayed if I live in a remote or hard-to-reach area?

Which company provides the transport and how does it deliver?

We use two main types of service depending on the product:

  • Fast courier service : for smaller or lighter products, maximum 35kg, with delivery within 24-48 business hours.
  • Pallet transport : for large or heavy barbecues of +35 kg, with delivery between 2 and 4 business days.

Pallet deliveries are always made at street level. The carrier is under no obligation to bring the order up to an apartment or attic, or even to take the pallet into a garage if the carrier refuses. That said, it's very common for them to help and are frequently willing to do so, but legally, we must inform you of this situation.

We always notify the agency to call the customer before making the delivery , but this isn't always the case. Trucks follow their own delivery routes, so the driver may not make any calls, as they have their own schedule, and the route can't be deviated from, as these are heavy vehicles.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time, whether via courier or pallet.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

If you receive a damaged product or one with a missing component, please contact us immediately within 24/48 hours . Shipments are insured, but outside this period the transport company will not be responsible and the manufacturer of the product will not provide after-sales service, since the damage is caused by negligence during transport or handling.
