Depending on the bank, transfers usually take approximately 48 hours to clear. Once payment is confirmed, the package will be invoiced, packed, and shipped.
Important Note:
You don't need to send us proof of the transfer. Keep it for a few days, as it will be useful in case you forget to include the order number as the subject line.
Orders for which payment is not made within 7 days will lose priority in stock, and we cannot guarantee that the order will be validated and shipped on the same day as payment.

If you have created a PayPal collection agreement by checking the "Remember PayPal details" box and wish to cancel it, you can do so from your PayPal account.
Pay at home when you receive it (Cash on Delivery)
With this payment method, you pay the delivery person upon receiving the order at your home. This payment method carries an additional charge of €8 on top of the order total due to the courier company's commission, and a maximum of €450 (VAT included). We only accept this payment method on the Peninsula.
Additionally, you can only have one active cash-on-delivery order at a time. You won't be able to place a second order until the first one has been delivered.
Please have the exact amount of your purchase ready. Remember that the delivery person may not have change and will only deliver your order after you have paid the full amount. Delivery people also don't usually have a POS terminal for card payments.
