Weber® rotisserie for PULSE 1000 and 2000

The rotisserie is one of the most beloved grilling gadgets, as it allows you to easily make roasts with crispy skin and juicy interiors.

And we say easily because, in fact, the work is limited to placing the spit, seasoning the meat, and skewering it. Once these steps are completed, all that's left to do is relax and let the meat turn, slowly but surely.

The stainless steel plate deflects heat and stores it inside the grill, ensuring maximum performance. This ensures that the surface of the meat is truly charred.

To protect the inside of the grill, it is recommended to place an aluminum tray under the piece of meat to collect any dripping fat.

If we place a few chopped vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots, or eggplant, inside the tray, they will absorb the meat's juices, giving us a complete dish full of flavor.

The rotisserie spit is ideal for roasting large pieces, such as a whole chicken. However, it can also be used to roast small pieces of meat, for example, for preparing kebabs.
