This magnificent Weber griddle is universal, meaning it can be used on any grill.
Due to its dimensions, it is perfect for the 2-burner PULSE, Q and Spirit range barbecues.
However, if you have a top-of-the-range barbecue and want a griddle that leaves plenty of room on the grill, this is the one for you.
It measures 31.83 cm long, by 24.92 cm deep, and has a maximum height of 6.99.
The wall surrounding the perimeter stops any oil drips or food pieces from flying off, making handling much easier and preventing other parts of the barbecue from getting dirty.
As for grease management, the grill surface is slightly inclined, so all liquids are transported to the collection tray at the end.
In addition, the entire surface of the grill is covered with a layer of porcelain, which prevents food from sticking systematically.
Naturally, cast iron is a great conserver of heat, and distributes it evenly.
