Weber® Rotisserie for Genesis II 2 and 3 Burners

The rotisserie grill is one of the most commonly used barbecue gadgets because it's very easy to use and achieves spectacular results without us having to do much of anything.

Simply place the piece of meat on the spit and hold it with the forks to hold it in place.

Remove the grill grates and place a foil tray in their place, directly on top of the Flavorizer bars.

Light the barbecue and insert the spit into the motor.

It's time to relax and let the spit rotate slowly.

The heat will reach all parts of the piece equally, while the juices that fall into the tray evaporate and return to the meat, infusing it with an intense barbecue flavor.

The best part is that most of the juices stay inside the meat itself, thanks to the slow rotation of the spit... so we get an exquisite tenderness and flavor.

You can also place roasted potatoes, vegetables, or mushrooms on the tray to absorb the meat's juices, creating a delicious side dish.
