Forge Adour Origin G45 Enameled Steel Griddle

To select the temperature we want on the burners (5), we have the regulation controls (3) for smooth and precise control.

The temperature rise is rapid, and the hob can reach maximum temperature in just 15 minutes. Heat distribution is even, with no cold spots on the hob.

Cooked food does not stick to the plate, and fat and juices flow naturally into the drip tray (2), from which we can remove them easily and cleanly.
