The enameled cast iron plate (1) retains heat and distributes it evenly across the entire surface for fast, precise cooking. The enamel coating protects the plate and prevents food from sticking, making both cooking and cleaning more convenient and easier.

Forge Adour has developed a specific, rust-proof, durable, and non-porous enamel that waterproofs the hob and makes it easy to maintain.

The chassis (2), with minimalist lines, is available in stainless steel or white enamelled steel.

In fact, the Premium range is designed with the finest materials, and therefore comes with a generous 10-year warranty on the hob and burners, and a 5-year warranty on the other components.

We distinguish the Premium series by the location of the regulating controls (5), which are located on the top, instead of on the front.

Each regulator knob incorporates an independent ignition system. Simply press and turn to ignite the burner and regulate the power.

The grease management system has also been improved. All excess grease and liquids are drawn in through a side opening, which drains them into the collection tray.

But where's the grease collection tray? Hidden away on the right side (4). This makes the drain cleaner and much more aesthetically pleasing.

Once the iron is cold, press the door (4), which will open and give you access to the grease collection tray, which you can easily grab.

This cleaning system is very practical. But you won't have to do it very often, as the tray has a capacity of up to 1.2L.
