The Master-Touch charcoal barbecue has become a true Weber icon. It's one of the best-selling charcoal barbecues because it incorporates a series of features that simplify charcoal cooking while expanding its possibilities.

This is the Premium model, so named because it comes equipped with innovations that really increase its value.

The most striking feature is the introduction of a hinge in the lid , which allows it to be opened and closed easily. This means there's no need to hang or hold the lid anywhere; the hinge keeps it up, blocking the wind, while we take care of the food.

Until now, this system only existed on the Summit charcoal barbecue, the most sophisticated—and least affordable—model of all. However, Weber realized that this "luxury" feature could be truly practical and therefore needed to be accessible to everyone.

The second new feature of this model, also very interesting, is that it comes standard with a stainless steel grill. Until now, all charcoal barbecues came with a chrome-plated steel grill. This adds significant value in terms of quality materials.

And of course, the grill features the Gourmet BBQ System, which allows you to fit any accessory from the Gourmet range (not included) into the center.

Thirdly, this model has incorporated a smoke diffuser plate . This plate sits between the charcoal grate and the cooking grate, that is, between the coals and the food. Its function is to mitigate the direct impact of heat and distribute it evenly.

Thus, the Master-Touch Premium is designed to perform excellent roasting and smoking operations for several hours at low temperatures... The goal: to achieve meat so tender it falls off the bone on its own.

And if you want a strong fire, no problem: simply remove the diffuser plate and store it under the barbecue, on top of the shelf.

Finally, they've installed an iGrill thermometer holder , which will come in handy when using your iGrill (not included) to monitor the doneness of your roasts and smoked foods.

If you're not going to use it, you can easily remove it by simply unscrewing a piece.
