This griddle is made of cast iron , a material that retains heat excellently. So, once hot, the food cooks quickly, and we can cook several batches and feed a large crowd.
On the other hand, this griddle is enameled with a layer of porcelain , which protects it from corrosion and also makes it much easier to clean once we have finished cooking and eating.
The surface of the griddle is slightly tilted , so that the dirty oil runs forward until it reaches the drain hole.
It's ideal for preparing simple, quick, and delicious dinners: with seafood, fish or beef fillets, chicken breast, or chopped vegetables...
