Extra-large aluminum trays 37 x 16 cm for barbecues - set of 5 units

Weber's disposable aluminum trays are available in various sizes. They measure 37 x 16.5 x 5 cm and are designed for indirect cooking on charcoal barbecues with a diameter of 57 cm.

Place them between the two charcoal separator baskets, just below the piece you're grilling. The tray will collect any dripping juices, preventing dirt from accumulating inside your barbecue. The best part? With the heat, these juices will evaporate and return to the piece, multiplying its flavor.

To make the meat even more tender, pour a little water or other liquid into the tray before placing it on the charcoal grill. The steam will keep the meat constantly moist, so it doesn't lose any tenderness.

Another option is to add some vegetables to the tray. These will soak up the roast's sauce, creating a delicious side dish.

Although they're designed for Weber 57cm charcoal barbecues, they can also be used on gas barbecues. For example, by placing them under the rotisserie spit. You can also use them to transport food from the barbecue to the table and vice versa.
