Most Weber charcoal barbecues have two utensil-holder hooks on the handle, where you can hang tongs and a spatula when you close the lid.
However, sometimes we use several utensils at once, which we pick up and put down as we cook.
For this purpose, it's very useful to have a utensil rack like this one, which hooks onto the bowl of charcoal barbecues and allows us to hang at least four different utensils.
