Higher-end Weber charcoal barbecues already include a lid support. However, if yours doesn't, don't worry: you can easily add one by attaching this lid support.
This accessory attaches securely to your barbecue bowl, without the need for any screws. Made of stainless steel, it's a sturdy and durable support that will come in very handy.
When cooking on a charcoal barbecue, we often cook with the lid open, especially if we want the charcoal to burn brightly, for example, to grill entrecotes and sear the meat.
Where do we leave the hot lid? Almost all Weber barbecues have a hook inside the lid to hang it from the bowl. But if we also have a stand like this one, it's much more convenient to place it, and it also acts as a wind shield.
This accessory is especially useful when we cook with the lid on and have to open and close it to check how our roast is going.
This way, we free up our hands and can focus on what's important: enjoying the cooking, the moment, and the company.
