Why an infrared burner on the barbecue?

Infrared burners are known for reaching high temperatures in a short period of time . For this reason, they are highly valued in certain industrial sectors, as well as in the culinary world, especially in the barbecue industry.

Infrared grills are ideal for marking and grilling meat over direct heat , when we want to leave the exterior sealed and the interior rare, tender and juicy.

The Broil King burner offers 3 kW of power that can create a flame of up to 900°, to heat a total surface area of 24.50 x 30.30 cm.

A 9mm thick stainless steel grill is included, as well as a lacquered steel drip tray, which is used to easily remove excess juices.

Compatible with Broil King Imperial, Regal and Baron series gas grills.
