How to clean an iron?
Whether you have a stovetop griddle, an outdoor gas griddle, or your barbecue is equipped with a griddle, the procedure is the same.
1. While still warm, use the scraper to remove any leftover food and juices.
2. Let it cool slightly and pour a little water on the surface to boil it and loosen any stubborn dirt.
3. Use the scraper again to remove the dirty water and other food debris.
4. Clean the surface with a cloth or some kitchen paper.
5. Once clean, spray the entire surface with oil to create a layer of grease that protects the griddle.
