So, on the one hand, the chicken is held firmly in the center, infusing itself with the aroma of whatever liquid we've placed in the center—be it beer, wine, or juice. On the other hand, the vegetables roast around it, collecting the juices released from the chicken.
It's a two-piece accessory, which makes it easy to clean and gives it another use: by removing the center container, you can use the stand simply as a cooking tray, for cooking vegetables, fish, or small pieces of meat.
