If you own a Weber barbecue with a Gourmet BBQ System grill , or are thinking about purchasing one, you're probably wondering which Gourmet accessories to add to your equipment. It may seem like a pot isn't something you'd use on a barbecue, but nothing could be further from the truth.
Mussels a la marinera, steamed, rice, fideuá, meatballs in sauce, cod pil pil... And not just main courses, bread and desserts too!
But this GBS accessory has a dual purpose. The lid is flat and can be used separately as a griddle , where you can toast sandwiches with melted cheese, roast a fried egg, or sauté vegetables, among many other possibilities.
The Gourmet 2-in-1 pot offers a spacious 6.8L capacity, is made of cast iron, and has a vitrified coating, making it easy to clean.
Like all accessories in the range, the Gourmet Pot is designed to fit into the center of GBS grills. However, it can be used on any barbecue where it fits (and even indoors).
