This hardwood firewood is free of chemicals, flavorings, or additives, for a pure fuel that infuses your dishes with all-natural flavors and burns longer.
These sustainably sourced oak pieces have been specially created to work in the Karu 16: they are sized to fit the fuel tray and kiln-dried to a moisture level of 15-20% for faster, hotter cooking.

- Store in a safe, dry place away from open flames.
How to use:
Keep 5 or 6 pieces of wood burning at a time for consistent heat. Each 7-8kg box will last long enough to cook dozens of pizzas.
Please note that wood logs are a natural product that comes in various shapes and sizes. What you receive may differ from the images shown on this page, but they will fit and light your oven regardless.
