Recommendations for use and cleaning
Before first use, wash and rinse the product thoroughly. When dry, rub a little cooking oil on the surface, thoroughly removing any excess. After each use, wash the product normally with a soft sponge, soap, or detergent. Dry with a cloth towel. Store in a well-ventilated area.
Do not wash the product in the dishwasher or use an aluminum or wire sponge. Do not leave the product submerged in water. Do not let the product dry in the sun or dry upright in the sink. Do not stack pieces that are still damp. Do not place the product in the oven or refrigerator.
