The Broil King Royal 340 barbecue has been improved, with a new black design and a new, more robust steel stand.
Aside from these improvements, the essence of the Royal 340 remains the same.
It's clear that it's been designed with quality and usability in mind for small spaces, making it a great alternative to more expensive barbecues.
In addition to the side burner, it features three main stainless steel burners, which provide even heat distribution, warming the cast iron surface and the additional warming rack. This provides a cooking area of 58 x 38 cm.
All this space makes it possible to create an indirect fire to roast fish, for example.
The cast iron grates are reversible, allowing for even sear of the meat. And when the juices and fat drip onto the Flav-R-Wave system, the resulting smoke returns to the meat for a richer smoky flavor.
Its one-button automatic ignition system and precise thermometer for temperature reading are undoubtedly very practical.
Its compact design boasts every detail: two folding chrome-plated steel side tables, which are very stable when horizontal; a sturdy, enclosed aluminum cart; and two sturdy wheels plus two swivel casters that make it easy to move from one place to another.
The Broil King Royal 340 is ideal for homes with limited space, who do not want to give up power or design.
