The cast iron cooking grids transfer heat for even cooking and perfect searing, while the Flav-R-Wave system distributes heat evenly, and as fat drips off, it instantly vaporizes, infusing food with that great barbecue flavor.

Unlike most portable models, it features an easy-to-read stainless steel thermometer with a probe that reaches all the way to the bottom of the oven, allowing you to get a more accurate temperature reading every time.
