Broil King® Stainless Steel Chicken Roaster

Chicken is a fairly delicate meat, meaning it can be easily overcooked and dry out.

Using a chicken roaster, we provide constant moisture to the interior of the piece throughout the cooking process, ensuring that the meat remains tender and juicy.

And it also gives us the opportunity to prepare delicious recipes like beer-baked chicken or red wine chicken.

This Broil King rotisserie, made of stainless steel, consists of a 22.9 x 22.9 cm square base and a 350 ml capacity cylinder in the center, where you can place the beer, wine, or whatever blend you have chosen to infuse the inside of the chicken with flavor.

At the bottom of the container, there's enough room to place some chopped vegetables, which will soak up the juices dripping from the chicken. This way, you'll have a succulent side dish to accompany the main dish.

This is a very practical accessory, as it allows you to prepare a complete dish with hardly any mess, since drops of grease and other liquids don't fall into the barbecue, but stay in the container.

Tip: Brush the outside of the chicken with oil, rosemary, cilantro, and thyme. Delicious!
