Why have a barbecue when you can have both a barbecue and a griddle?

This cast iron griddle is designed to fit Broil King Monarch and Royal series grills.

Simply remove one of the grills and place the griddle in its place, where it will fit perfectly.

This way, you'll have the barbecue grill on one side, and the griddle on the other, so you can cook two different types of food at the same time.

For example, you can grill some burgers while the onions caramelize on the griddle and the bacon gets that crispy, juicy touch.

The porcelain coating on the griddle is non-stick, preventing food from sticking and making it easy to clean and cook.
