Weber Performer Premium GBS barbecue Ø 57 cm Black

The Performer Premium barbecue is the mid-range model in the Weber Performer line. This version is mounted on a slightly larger cart than the Performer barbecue, allowing for a larger work surface.

This model includes Weber's Gourmet BBQ System (GBS). This new generation of hinged steel grates features a removable center section that can be interchanged with other Gourmet System accessories.

This way, you can not only grill, but also make a wide variety of different dishes, such as making waffles, griddling, or baking pancakes.

One of this barbecue's features is its included digital kitchen timer. Although it's simply an electronic stopwatch, it's quite useful for monitoring cooking times and ensuring food doesn't burn. Plus, it can be removed and taken with you wherever you go so you don't forget.

Like the Master Touch barbecue, the cooking surface has a diameter of 57 centimeters, more than enough space to feed a large group of people.

All kinds of dishes and preparations can be cooked on this grill, as it fits a whole chicken, a rack of pork ribs, or a whole fish.

And after enjoying a wonderful meal in the garden, simply turn the handle on the hopper hatch to allow the ashes to fall into the removable collector below.
