How to light a charcoal barbecue?
It's very simple if you have the necessary materials: good charcoal, a chimney, and firelighters.
1 – Place a couple of firelighters on top of the charcoal grill, and light them with a kitchen lighter.
2 – Place the charcoal briquettes inside the fireplace, one on top of the other. The quantity will depend on the type of cooking you plan to do.
3 – Place the chimney full of briquettes on top of the lit tablets.
4 – When all the briquettes are lit (i.e., the ones on top are lit), you can put them inside the barbecue.
You can use charcoal or charcoal briquettes, depending on whether you need a fast or slow burn.
