Weber® Rotisserie for Q200 and 2000 Series

The rotisserie grill is an addictive gadget because with a few simple steps, it allows us to prepare delicious roasts, perfectly cooked, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

Simply pierce the meat on the spit and insert it into the motor. Place a foil tray underneath the piece of meat. Turn on the barbecue and the rotisserie motor, and let it spin while you relax and enjoy a snack.

The slow rotation of the spit ensures that the heat reaches all parts of the piece equally, so that there are no raw or dry pieces left behind.

The best part is that this rotation causes the juices to flow within the piece itself, soaking it with its own flavor.

The aluminum tray, for its part, collects the fat dripping off the meat, thereby protecting the inside of the barbecue. Second, it evaporates the fat so it returns to the meat, enhancing its juiciness.

You can also add roasted potatoes, mushrooms, or vegetables to the same tray, creating a delicious side dish at the same time.
