Weber Grill Stand for Q1000 Series

Although the Q100/1000 series gas grills may look small, they are capable of preparing almost any dish for a small group of guests.

One of the most beloved dishes among barbecue enthusiasts is a good roast. Weber takes care of how to make it tender and juicy.

This stainless steel grill elevates the meat, keeping it away from the direct heat of the cast iron grill grate. This ensures that it cooks slowly and without drying out.

It is recommended to use it together with the small grill protector (6561 - not included), which captures the fat drops that come off when grilling.

To use the kit correctly, we must first preheat the Q barbecue to a moderate temperature. If we heat it too much at the beginning, it would be difficult for the temperature to cool down later, as the cast iron of the grill is a great heat retainer.

Second, we place the aluminum protector over the grill, and on top of it, the grill rack.

Finally, we place the chosen piece of meat on top of the kit and follow the steps of the recipe we like best.

What follows is magic.
