These wood chips come in a 700-gram package and are perfect for smoking fish. They produce a neutral, balanced smoke that's great for smoking salmon, trout, shellfish, and really any type of fish.
Use these chips on your charcoal barbecue, or inside your smoker box or cold smoke generator to add a flavorful note to your dishes without interfering with the distinctive flavor of the fish.
All wood chips are thoroughly dried and the bitter bark has been removed to achieve the maximum smoke from 100% natural wood. Wood chips are the perfect fuel for an even and consistent fire, perfect for beginners or experienced cooks.
Light-intensity woods, such as apple, peach, cherry, and pear, provide a subtle sweetness that pairs perfectly with the mild flavors of fish.
