On days when there are more guests over for dinner, or when we're preparing a more complete menu, it's very useful to have a warming rack like this one.
For example, to toast bread, or to brown baked potatoes, while we grill the meat on the main grill.
On it we can prepare appetizers, as appetizing as toast with melted Brie cheese and ham, or with mushrooms and roasted tomatoes.
It is also widely used to keep food hot if we have to wait to serve it.
The heat that the food receives on this rack has less impact, as it leaves a 10 cm gap with the grill.
Its semi-circular shape fits perfectly on Weber charcoal barbecues with a diameter of 57 cm, except for the Compact Kettle.
It can also be used on larger barbecues, such as the Original Kettle Ø 67 cm
