This type of barbecue-smoker originates from the Southern United States, where charcoal cooking is taken very seriously.

Airflow is regulated through the ventilation valves to achieve the perfect temperature, which can be seen on the thermometer built into the lid.

And for high-heat grilling? This barbecue is also perfect for direct cooking . Simply place the charcoal in the large chamber and place the food on top of the grill. Its large surface area allows us to grill up to a dozen steaks at once.
