Beer chicken is one of the most popular barbecue dishes because almost everyone loves it and it's easy to prepare.
With the heat, the beer evaporates and moistens the chicken meat, enhancing its juiciness and flavor.
Some people don't use any special containers; they simply place the beer can on the grill, with the chicken sitting on top.
However, it's easy for it to fall apart or burn when directly hit by the fire. Plus, we lose the fat dripping off the chicken, and with it much of the flavor...
With a rotisserie like this, the fat drops fall onto the metal base, and as they evaporate, they return to the meat, making it even more tender and flavorful.
This rotisserie is specifically designed to hold the tin firmly in place, and skewer the chicken on top.
There's also enough room at the bottom to place some chopped vegetables, which will also absorb the chicken's juices.
This rotisserie includes a small, high-temperature, silicone-rimmed thermometer that's very easy to use.
After half an hour of cooking, open the lid, insert the thermometer, and close it again. The thermometer needle will slowly rise.
When it reaches "DONE," the chicken has reached its ideal cooking point of 74°C. It's time to remove it from the grill and enjoy some delicious beer-battered chicken.
